Evolve began with a simple challenge: public and private resources can do more when people work together, report honestly, and make it easier to act. The HAVEN Project develops property capacity for nonprofits running structured programs. Evolve handles the physical setting so partner organizations can focus on the people they serve.

A complete HMIS. Free to Delaware.
Evolve pushed for a homelessness information system that Delaware nonprofits could use without software and per-user fees. CauseWork.io built and offers the independent HMIS to the Delaware Continuum of Care and authorized participating providers at no licensing cost.
Every provider should have a way to participate, regardless of budget. The CauseWork offer stands on its own; no one has to buy CauseWorkHub to use the free HMIS.

Make the next step easier.
Evolve has called for state-issued identification and vital records to be free for people experiencing homelessness in Delaware. A document fee should not stand between a person and the services, work, or housing they are seeking.
We also continue to make the case for coordinated contact, drop-in partners, a community advisory voice, and practical collaboration with businesses.
