Race For a Better Condition of Life: Contest Rules

1. Eligibility

This contest is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Residents of Delaware are eligible to enter.

2. Entry Methods

Donation-Based Entry:

Each donation of $10 will earn one (1) entry into the contest. Donations are tax-deductible through Evolve Outreach’s fiscal sponsor, 4Amanda, Inc, an IRS-registered 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 87-4778431).

A donation does not increase your chances of winning beyond the entries provided for that donation amount.

3. Entry Limitations

One free entry per household.

No maximum number of paid entries per household.

4. Contest Period

Start Date: May 1, 2025

End Date: July 1, 2025

5. Prize Information

The prize for this contest is four (4) tickets to the Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at Dover Motor Speedway in Dover, Delaware.

Event Date: Sunday, July 20, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Prize Value: Total prize value is under $5,000.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on July 3, 2025.

The winner will be notified by email the same day.

If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Consent to Publicity

By entering, the winner agrees to allow Evolve Outreach to publicly share their first initial and last name for promotional purposes related to this contest.

8. No Purchase Necessary

Donations are not required to participate. A donation does not increase your chances of winning beyond the number of entries it provides.

9. General Conditions

Evolve Outreach reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the contest rules.

Void where prohibited by law.

10. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the prize.

12. How to Claim Your Prize

The winner will be contacted by email on July 3, 2025, with instructions to claim the prize. If unclaimed within 5 business days, a new winner will be drawn.
