EVOLVE OUTREACH THE HAVEN PROJECT

Space for a better condition of life.

We provide stable property capacity for nonprofits running structured programs—so they can focus on people, not the search for beds.

WHAT HAVEN DOES

A strong program needs a place to happen.

The HAVEN Project is an operational pillar of Evolve Outreach. It provides physical property assets that nonprofit organizations can use to place participants in structured programs.

Access to stable beds can be the bottleneck even when an organization has capable staff and a working program. HAVEN addresses that physical capacity gap.

A CLEAR DIVISION OF LABOR

You lead the program. We make room.

HAVEN is a property partner. Nonprofits retain responsibility for their services and participant programs.

01 / THE ROLE

A mission accessory

We do not run clinical, crisis, or intake programs. We provide the physical setting for nonprofit partners who do.

02 / THE SPACE

Stable placement

Dedicated beds, a clean environment, and a secure roof support participants in structured programs.

03 / THE OPERATIONS

Property handled

HAVEN handles property sourcing, maintenance, zoning, and property operations so partners can focus on their clients.

HOW WE SELECT A PROPERTY

Built around everyday access and dignity.

The physical setting matters. The original HAVEN selection standard avoids high-crime or drug-impacted inner-city areas and looks instead for calm residential settings connected to work, transit, and essential services.

01

Connected locations

Sites are selected on major public transit corridors for travel without a car, near retail centers, logistics and distribution sites, manufacturing employers, public offices, grocery networks, pharmacies, and major medical centers.

02

Ready to live in

Turnkey spaces include modern furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, televisions, full kitchenware, and in-unit washers and dryers. The environment is intended to support dignity, safety, and focus.

03

Room for partners

Properties sit in calmer residential pockets away from city-center distractions. Ample driveway space accommodates participant vehicles and visiting nonprofit staff.

PUBLIC TRANSPARENCY

Read the HAVEN documents.

We share these documents so families, nonprofit partners, and neighbors can understand how HAVEN works and what is expected during a stay. The Master Accessory Resource Space License Agreement explains the responsibilities of Evolve Outreach and the sponsoring nonprofit. Addendum A explains the facility rules and code of conduct for program participants. You can read both without applying for placement. These pages are for information; any agreement is completed in a separate signing space.
